Rebuilt both mybestbrands.de and stylight.de from the ground up after the ICG acquisition. Next.js App Router with Elasticsearch as the core data layer.

Input / Challenge

Two separate legacy fashion marketplaces on diverging stacks had to be re-platformed in parallel, in 12 months, without interrupting revenue from high-volume affiliate traffic.

Output / Solution

Next.js App Router + Elasticsearch. One shared engineering team (15 developers across Germany and Croatia), one CI/CD pipeline, two deployable front-ends. Ops, infrastructure, and architecture led end-to-end.
