CODIFY Software Solutions
ESTABLISHED: 2015
FOUNDER: Davor Santic
LOCATION: Zagreb / Split, Croatia
VERSION: 4.2.0-STABLE
OBJECTIVE:
Engineer and operate web, e-commerce, real-time, and automation systems that hold up under real traffic. We design for scale, keep teams moving, and stay close to the code.
Codify d.o.o. was founded in 2015 in Split, Croatia. Our first engagements were with German clients — groupXS Solutions (Bosch production-data SPA) and Cleverciti Systems (IoT smart parking) — before a longer partnership with mybestbrands GmbH in Munich, rebuilding their mobile site on React SSR in 2016-2017.
From 2017 to 2024, through mybestbrands d.o.o., we grew a 15-person engineering org in Split handling web, backend, and infrastructure for the German HQ. After the Inspiration Commerce Group acquisition, that team delivered two full re-platforms (mybestbrands.de and stylight.de on Next.js + Elasticsearch) in 12 months, both live in March 2025.
Today Codify ships sproobo.com — a Heroku-like deployment platform for Hetzner Cloud — and runs blockchain automation (polybot24 on Polymarket, cryptobot24 on Binance). We still take on selective web platform engagements where the project calls for experience rather than headcount.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Web platform re-engineering (Next.js App Router, React SSR)
- E-commerce at scale (mybestbrands, stylight)
- Real-time and IoT systems (Cleverciti smart parking)
- Blockchain automation (Polymarket, Binance)
- Legacy migrations (.NET → Node.js; ASP → ASP.NET MVC)
- International team leadership (DE/HR engineering orgs)

LOADED MODULES:
We work small on purpose. Most engagements are led directly by the founder, with the right specialists brought in per project. The goal is not to grow headcount; it is to ship systems that stay in production.
Thank you for reading. If you have a platform to rebuild, an automation system to design, or a legacy codebase to migrate, we should talk.
